Which systems have user upgradable graphics cards?

Any system that has an 'MXM' compliant card is possible to upgrade. BUT, the upgradability depends on the new cards that come out. If the 9800 series is followed by a series that produces twice as much heat and draws three times as much power, it's likely that you can't upgrade to them, regardless of whether or not they fit in the laptop. However, the 8800 series was able to be changed out to the 9800s with either a BIOS flash or a mobo swap, so it really depends on the next series of cards. As for which cards OFFER upgradability, they usually say so on the customization pages.

You can view more information on what "user upgradeable" means here (http://www.xoticpc.com/integrated-dedicated-video-turbo-cache-explained-a-6.html). Many of our Sager and Force series notebooks will have the video cards listed as "user upgradeable"

well, i think that article should be edited in no time and updated as much as possible because graphics card is really important on gaming and pro computers and it may give the users some clues.

User upgradeable is great, but I have been searching for months and can't find a source for video cards. Anyone else have luck or can we get them through Xoticpc?
