Sigh, I finally get to sell my wow account. The only issue is that my accounts through Wells Fargo are "limited." What for?!? Paypal refused to tell me, just that it's a security measure.
Well I did some digging and apparently they limited (such a cheap term, call it what it is, they locked my account so all I can do is look at the money I have in there still that they refuse to give me), anyways, it's limited because Time Warner Cable deleted my e-mail through them, which was registered to my paypal account, and I could no longer check my paypal activity through my e-mail.
So I say ok, how do I resolve this (this is about 7 months ago). I change my cards to a newer e-mail address, this one through e-mail. This is great, now paypal is working for me and I am happy.
Well...I finally was ready to sell my WoW account, and when i went to log into paypal they said my account was frozen. Had to delay me getting my money for my account. Yes, I am aware paypal doesn't support the buying and selling of virtual goods.
So with my wells fargo account locked up in paypal, I went to a local bank in lincoln and opened a new account. I made a new e-mail just for this. Everything went awesome, I got my money, the transaction went smoothly. I withdrew about 100 bucks out of the 115 to my new bank account.
So I decide I want to sell my other account. I log into my new e-mail and find out that paypal has limited my account AGAIN. This time they give me a reason. They say I bought explicit material online through the account and now they are keeping the money I have in my paypal account and refuse to unfreeze it.
