Ok, I purchased a Sager 9262 at the end of February. I received the machine this last Thursday. I wanted to wait a few days to explore the machine. This is the first ACTUAL gaming laptop I've purchased. I figured why skim. I went all the way and got the best they had to offer...except for the extra HD and maxed out RAM.

Anyway, I researched A TON before purchasing from XOTIC. It is clear that there are people out there who have had bad experiences with XOTIC PC and have posted bad reviews. I think they are posting them too early and not taking the issue to XOTIC PC first.

I did have a glitch when I first made my order. I originally ordered an OCZ. That was temporarily unavailabe due to problems between OCZ and FLextronics. The issue I had was XOTIC did not let me know there was a potential problem and they might not be able to even fill the order. After the 7th business day I called XOTIC and they advised they would know by the end of that week if they were going to get the OCZ in. They immediately offered the opportunity to cancel the order or even order a different machine. I was a little disappointed that they did not let me know immediately that there could be a problem. I am pretty sure that they were just trying to fill the customer's order and were willing to wait in an attempt to please the customer. The more I thought about it, the more I understood why they would do such a thing.

I did end up canceling the initial order and going with the Sager 9262 on Feb. 25th. I did choose a custom skin so I did not receive the machine until March 12th. I thought that this was relatively fast. When you see the quality of the custom skin, you would understand why it would delay the order. ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!!! I have yet to find a any problems with the build at all. I love the new machine! It is excellent!! I look forward to spreading the word about XOTIC PC!

XOTIC PC is great!!! :notworthy

If anyone has any questions about my experience with the Sager 9262 so far, please feel free to ask.
