I put through a purchase on March 6th for a PC here. After payment process I was given an update that the computer was on backorder or parts were through March 31, at no time during the order was the backorder issue brought up until payment was secure. It is now April 8th with no updates the alternative was to look at a different PC which I did before choosing this one my 2nd choice and 3rd were both through another vendor and at this time I believe thats the direction I wish to go been 2 weeks since updated on status and truely a backorder miss by 8 days while understandable is not acceptable to my situation, my request for a refund has not been answered and did send a 2nd request today I believe after business hours.

I would appreciate some accuracy as well as a refund to move on and and obtain a laptop that is not just a picture on a screen.

Thank you

Scott

Hello, I am sorry to hear of your problem. If I have identified you properly you have a order for a MSI GT627-218 that has been on back order from MSI for almost 4 weeks. Regretfully nobody has this machine and there are many of us sellers waiting for product from MSI. Again if I have identified you correctly we have received one email from you tonight less then one hour ago where the last one was received back on 3/23 with a copy of your cleared check. You can be assured someone will be replying to your email tonight.

We keep our product pages updated with the latest information on items that are back ordered. We would be happy to help as best as we can and you should have a email tonight. :)

Same here, I bought the same laptop on June 8th and now after 1 month of waiting they are telling me that MSI might not be able to fill the GT627-218 asking me to check with the new model. I was wondering did you already receive yours?

You will see the GT627 is no longer on our website because MSI discontinued it.
