You got a poll going! Congrats! I like the new 9280? But if I bought for myself it would be the NP5797? Just me.

I prefer the 9280 because you can't go wrong with a single, powerful gpu, knowing a lot of games only support a single gpu.
Also, the i7 processor...`nuff said! :p
I can wait to see some reviews up on the forums and youtube! This thing is going to be a beast! :D

yes and a single gpu is easier on heat...but? the dual 9800s wernt bad at all... and a dual gpu will likeley outperform graphics wise

As someone who owned both a Sager 57xx system and a D900 I can say that the portability is about the same. They are both 17" notebooks and they fit in the same Targus shoulder strap bag. The D900 is of course a little heavier but we're talking maybe between ten and twenty percent more weight in the same bag with all the components. They both take up the same amount of desktop space and in my case the 57xx ran hotter and made more noise. Probably because it had smaller heatsinks and fans.

I like the 9280, more mobile than a desktop and packs enough power to do about anything + some good gaming :)
