m570ru webcam problem

Hey, just yesterday, my webcam stopped working. It now shows up as a USB2.0 unknown in the device manager. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Videoview program/driver didn't work. I think it may be a hardware problem as it now shows up as a USB2.0 device in both vista and xp. Has anyone else had this problem?

Press Fn and F10. That turns it on and off. If the drivers are not the issue, that is most likely the problem.
