click the UserCP under the Xoticpc Forums link at the top of the page, about half way down the page on the left hand side is the Settings & Options catagory, click the Edit Signature link and you got it :)

one more small question...how do i change my default theme...it keeps going back to the WOW theme and im not a WOW player i wanted it on Dark fluid...thanks again for the help...im new to forums

Under UserCP again, click "edit options" on the left side of the page. Once inside the options, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page until you see "Miscellaneous Options" and inside of that window, there's the ability to change the default forum skin.
