is it true that you wont get charged sales tax when you order from xoticpc as long as you have shipped to a different state where xoticpc is? or is this just for sagers lappy?

No, it applies to all lappies. You just have to wait a few more days for it to arrive. Just be sure to call Xotic when your ready to order and let them know you want your lappy to ship to XoticPC first and then have XoticPC ship it to you. The other advantage to this is that it gives Xotic a chance to do more extensive testing on your unit.
