Feedback: Great service

I have a sticky 8 key on my number pad. Xotic helped me set up through Sager a new keyboard to be sent out to me with no hassle, and is even providing a prepaid shipping label to send the old one back. I didn't have to jump through hoops or anything, just that easy... The Sager people even explained to me how to remove and install the new one. I use to think pc's and crappy support went hand in hand, glad I made the switch to XoticPC!

I'm looking forward to the day Sager ditches UPS. This was my replacement keyboard that Sager was nice enough to ship 3-day select. :eeek2:

Sorry to hear your package was damaged by UPS. If you need us to contact Sager or if you already have I am sure they will get another one out to you right away. You will want to call UPS right away and report the damage. 1-800-782-7892.

UPS sucks period. I used to deal with them everyday at work. I would definitely contact Sager and let them know, but your wasting your time contacting UPS. UPS will do nothing. (Speaking from repeated non-personal experience).

I called Sager, they will handle the claim through UPS so all I need to do is hold the package for 5 days. And another new keyboard will be sent out today. :cool:

That looks very bad. But what I must ask is does the keyboard have greater flex than say external plastic body one? I ask because that looks insane. It almost looks like it most be some kind of ergonomic design, until I remember notebooks are flat.

And as far as UPS being bad? I know it happens but do we really have an alternative? I mean it looks like they packed a sofa on top of yours.

UPS is awful. My screen was stress damaged a little from a beat up package, but not enough for me to ship the whole thing back. Damn UPS...

Lol When I worked as a Manager at gamestop we used like EVERYONE, Fed ex, UPS and DHL it was like a cluster-pluck of boxes...and get this...our UPS stuff wasn't mangled 0_0!!! It was a shocker. But I think it might have just been the guy who did our run cause when I used them for another e-purchase(bought a Ps3 cheap) they messed that box up bad. Brought me the box and it was like OMGWTFBBQ 0_0...X_X*passes out* It worked fine though, It was up and running as a game system for all of 20 min before I installed Linux and...well never used it again lmao >_<;;;

With UPS its like playing Russian Roulette at times. Yes, UPS is bad!
There's this little illegal game UPS likes to play or I should say half the employees at UPS play.
1) If the box is marked "Fragile" they like to kick those packages around and I mean kick!
2) on less occasion even if the package is not marked fragile, they well throw it around.
I think it depends on who is working at the time.
Basically, they don't care. I guess none of them have ever received damaged goods.
I avoid UPS as much as possible, but it is not easy. (I recently actually had a DVD recorder shipped to me from Canada using the regular postal service just to avoid UPS. Who cares that it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. No damage.)

Makes me wonder what your replacement keyboard for this one will look like? Usually the second time is a charm fortunately.

I'm hoping the next keyboard is usable. I don't really hate UPS, I've just had better results using other shipping services. I have a Acer G24 monitor on order that's also coming by UPS (no other choice). I'm hoping they don't screw it up... :wideeyed:

Well I wasn't expecting UPS today, but the new keyboard is here and it's flat this time :laugh:. Installation was a breeze, and best of all no sticky 8 key. Haha yeah office space is a hilarious movie, they beat the crap out of that poor copier!
