Just want to give a shout out to the staff of Xoticpc for the amazing service. I have never a company answer the phone call on the first ring before. Just in case anyone is wondering I have had my laptop for a couple months now and couldn't be happier with it. I bought a FORCE 3551 (MSI 1651-ID2 / GT628). I will be buying all my computers from xotic from now on.
Thanks for the Service and a special thanks to Joseph for going out of your way to make sure I got the best deal possible.

XoticPC is the best online notebook store ever!! numero uno..
Prompt replied all my e-mails in hours, helping and answering all I need(tax,delivery,etc.)..
Delivery is really really fast!! Tracking is awesome too!!
Price is reasonable and build up parts brand can be requested(very great service)!!
I received my Sager NP8690 with no defects, all great,discs are complete, and I get a cleaning cloth too(??)
Overall the best I have ever deal with..
