Yes. XoticPC ships internationally! I think the costs are universal whichever may be the country you live in. USPS shipping is $223. And UPS shipping with order tracking (the recommended service) is $289. :)

do you sell graphics cards seperate? if i buy a card from somewhere else and put it in will i void the warrenty?

No you will not void the warranty, however, i am not sure where you would order another laptop video card.
