I ordered the Sager NP8690 on the 11/11/2009 it took a pretty 2 weeks to send the money over through the immediate bank (due to International order and only bank-wire accepted) , after a few confusion on confirming the correct bank details and address.
rant=on
On the 1/12/2009 I finally received an email that they, received my payment, but theres $22.00 USD outstanding!
I contacted my bank for details and was confirm the correct amount was sent. And It was a $22.00 fee was charge due to the Immediate Bank.
Why wasn't I've been aware for this charge!!
On the same day I replied, If they accept Paypal for this remaining. And replied back, that okay to send the outstanding balance to through Paypal to sales@xoticpc.com.
Now I send that outstanding through Paypal the same day, because I don't want to have any further delays and its already taking forever and not even at the shipping stage yet!
Waited and waited now its 7/12/2009.
Does it take that long to send that remaining $22.00 through Paypal? In my Paypal listed as transaction as completed, on the 1/12/2009 same day I transferred the amount.
Dear valued customer, yeah yeah yeah....
Please don't tell me its near Christmas and processing order takes longer than it should, if so please email us and let us know.
I just hate waiting everyday logging in my email for an updated order status, and nothing new..
I emailed twice to sales@xoticpc.com and service@xoticpc.com for a response but nada... nothing...
Can anyone help me what else I have to do or how much longer I have to wait?
I'm sorry IMO for every excellent services doesn't equals 100% excellent service all the time.

Thank you all to whoever is listening.

Thank you all to whoever is listening.Your dates make zero sense, as such hard to get the complete picture of your situation. But your original issue has to do with your bank. Both the initial time it took for Xotic to receive and the fact they took a fee from the amount. That is 100% between you and your bank and to rant at Xotic is to bark up the wrong tree. And I suspect similar with your current issue. I think you need to focus on the who's and the what's is actually going on here.
But I do hope it does get resolved and you get your notebook soon.

The dates make sense if you don't live in the USA. Timeline is:
11 November 2009 - initial order....
Wire transfer happens 2 week later...
1 December 2009 - XPC confirm payment received with $22.00 outstanding.
1 December 2009 - the OP promptly pays via paypal.
7 December 2009 - the OP is still waiting for some kind of status update.
The ~$20 discrepency is due to an intermediary bank fee, and while it's your responsibility to pay the difference, XoticPC could do a better job of warning people of the possible extra fee.
That's beside the point, though, which is that the OP feels that there has been a communications breakdown somewhere.

long_ttran (http://www.xoticpcforums.com/member.php?u=12741) I am sorry to hear of this and apologize you encountered this problem. While all banks are different some International banks take out fee's to transfer payments and some do not. This varies from bank to bank. With the vast amount of International banks it is very difficult for us to know which banks charge a fee to send to a Intermediary bank and which do not. We receive International wire transfers daily and some banks take out extra fees that are out of our control while most others do not.
If you do not get a update today on your balance received please let me know and I can look into it for you. Sometimes our emails also go into a junk email folder if you received a response from our service department that your Pay Pal payment was received.
I am sure since the bulk of your payment was received production has already started building the machine to get it out right away for you. :)

Thank you all for your responses,
I received an updated email regarding my anticipated laptop is on its way to buildup/testing/burn-in stage. And is great news to me, and made my day!
My forum presence here, was worth registering :))
Just question here now, is from this stage above to shipping and to shipping to delivery to front of house.
Anyone know an estimate time frame for me to wait before i freak and rant? lol..
Since International order takes ages.. I think roughly another 2 weeks or is it longer?
Cheers,

It takes several days to build and test. If you elected to have your laptop shipped with UPS, you'll get it within three to seven working days of it being dispatched, depending on where you live.
be prepared to pay import duty or some kind of import tax - again, depending on where you live.
