For LCD screens i have always looked at either Samsung or Viewsonic. I personally prefer Samsung as i have one of there 52" LCD TV's that i use as my second monitor and it looks incredible. Wherever you choose to purchase your LCD screen from be sure to read/ask about there return and dead pixel policy before purchasing.

wow 52" eh. i thought i was cadillacing with my 46" sony bravia 1080p...lol
