Asus G73 question

just got my system i have two questions
1. i have sound up to 100 yet seems really low still and i dont feel the sub how do i mess with it?

2. also went into system devices it shows 2 disk drives for the two drives but then its broken down into 4 sections is this normal?

1. OS C drive with 116 gb
2. data d with 329 gb
3.sdata1 f drive with 232 gb
4.sdata 2 fdrive with 232 gb

im a noob with multiple drives so dont know if this is normal

The four partitions are normal. I'm not sure about your sound issues though. Have you opened up your mixer to make sure all the levels are at 100?
