Hi, I am ready to buy an IFL90 from you guys, however, I am on a tight schedule. If I were to order it within the next week, would I receive the laptop before August 19th? If there is any way to make this possible, I would love to know how.

If you get your order in the first of next week there will not be a problem with getting you a IFL90 abut your target date. :)
