Hello Xotic PC administrators. I recently ordered a NP9262, recently as in about 2 weeks ago.

I have several questions regarding A) the 9800m GTX and B) the SSD drives that are suddenly no longer even available on your website.

First, what is the ETA on the 9800m GTX, I don't care about the availability of SLI capabilities and such, just when the single card will be ready for shipping in my laptop.

Second, are the SSD drives not going to be available? And if so, what will be done regarding my order?

I had been told that you guys had a fabulous track record, but this service seems a little...shoddy. You should be telling your customers about updates regarding their orders, not jsut leaving us to guess at whats happening with their money.

Thanks for any information you can give me.

The availability issues are from the manufactures. The folks here are pretty good at keeping us updated. Have a look around the forums for your items you stated, check the news section and such. Justin usually posts news items like that at the top of "help buying laptop" section and such. If you like, you can phone them at the toll free number at the top of the website and the staff will be more than happy to help you. (No, you won't be on hold forever either.
