    I'm VERY interested in the Sager NP5790 but I hesitate before buying. I live in Canada and I'd like to know what are the return policies if my product is defective... How much will it cost me to return the unit in case of a problem? Do I have to repay the shipping for it to return here?

    I'm very paranoid about it because this summer I ordered a Dell laptop and the screen was horrible (grainy). They sent an exchange and it had the same screen problem. I kind of lost faith in defect-free laptops!
