All settings medium at 1600X1200-1920x1200 is pretty good for 30+ fps on any map. Some settings you can put on high, but just experiment.

I have all settings on high with resolution set at 1280x1024 and get over 30+ FPS with no stutters at all during game play. You would do well to set at a resolution that allows you to set Shaders and Shadows on high to fully enjoy the amazing visual effects of this game. I would also recommend that you get the Crysis Benchmark Tool and run it until you find the settings you like.

yeah thanks guys for the replies. i downloaded ultra high settings and run it at 1200 x 1080 (something like that) and get 14- 22 FPS.... barely playable but the visual is incredibly stunning.
